Understanding CMS Surveys: Compliance Requirements for Food & Nutrition - Webinar

Successfully navigating CMS Long-Term Care (LTC) surveys requires a proactive and well-coordinated approach to clinical nutrition and food service operations. This session provides a focused review of the regulatory landscape, highlighting key F-Tags related to food safety, nutritional adequacy, and resident rights.
