Scaling Home Care Inside Senior Living - Webinar

White Horse Village identified an opportunity to bring home care services under its own brand, creating a more integrated approach to supporting residents while strengthening care continuity, accountability, and visibility into changing resident needs. Michael Shaw, President and CEO of White Horse Village, and Mark Goetz, Co-founder, President and CEO of HomeCare Advocacy Network, will share the real-world strategy behind the development and launch of White Horse Village Home Care.

The session will explore the leadership and staffing model, resident communication and change management, the interdisciplinary Aging with Choices process, and the operating systems, financial model, and KPIs needed to support and scale the program. Presenters will also share measurable results and lessons learned from implementation, offering practical considerations for organizations exploring opportunities to bring home care services more closely into their continuum.
