Cinematic Health was founded in 2018 to help solve the growing CNA workforce crisis—marked by high turnover, inconsistent training, and underprepared staff. Too often, direct care workers are placed in high-pressure roles without the tools they need to communicate, connect, and thrive. Cinematic Health was created to change that.

Our flagship program, ReadyCNA, delivers story-driven, online learning experiences that equip new CNAs with both practical tools and essential soft skills—like empathy, communication, and relationship-building. By strengthening confidence and emotional resilience, we help CNAs find greater satisfaction in their work, feel more prepared for the challenges they face, and stay committed to their roles longer.
