MINNEAPOLIS (Jan. 20, 2026) – Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minn., is pleased to announce the addition of three Regional Directors of Operations, Mackenzie Christopher, Meredith Humphrey, and Brittany Bell.
“Mackenzie, Meredith, and Brittany are a tremendous culture fit for HDG, as their enthusiasm for caring for seniors is palpable,” Erin Hilligan, HDG chief operations officer said. “They have the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to lead high-performing teams to support our residents and families. Each of them bring with them a deep commitment to HDG’s values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Integrity, Respect, and Humor®.”
In these positions, the new HDG team members provide leadership for a portfolio of senior living communities, focusing on operational excellence, the resident experience, and occupancy growth. Their key responsibilities will include managing and mentoring executive directors, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and executing budgets, and implementing company-wide strategies.
Prior to joining HDG, Christopher served as a campus administrator for two senior living campuses, where she successfully transformed underperforming buildings into revenue-generating communities, while improving CMS star ratings. Humphrey brings 10 years of experience as a regional vice president of operations for senior living communities in Illinois and Wisconsin. She also has an extensive background in sales and marketing within the Wisconsin senior living market, helping to establish high-performing programs and increasing resident, family, and team member satisfaction. Bell has over 11 years of experience in operations across skilled nursing, assisted living, childcare, adult day programs, and independent HUD housing. She has demonstrated exceptional ability in leading financial and operational strategies across multiple communities, driving significant revenue growth and operational success.
“These three team members share our organization’s dedication to older adults and recognize the importance of establishing and maintaining trustworthy and high-performing systems and processes,” Hilligan said. “This investment in our operations team will support HDG’s continued focus on successfully delivering our innovative life enrichment program: Enrichment Beyond Expectations®. Their leadership will also help support our organization’s growth in 2026 and beyond.”
