Shift Availability for Director of Nursing (DON):
- Full-time Mon-Fri Days, Salary
- $6,000 sign-on BONUS

Responsibilities of Director of Nursing (DON):
- Overall management of the skilled Nursing department
- Effectively plans and directs administration of each Nursing unit
- Work directly with VP of Operations on overall quality objectives
- Executes resident care policies in consultation with the medical director
- Directs hiring and training of Nursing staff
- Provides supervisory support to all shifts
- Ensures adequate staffing coverage of clinical care roles for all shifts
- Participates in staff development and employee retention initiatives

Qualifications
Qualifications of Director of Nursing (DON):
- Current valid RN License in Pennsylvania
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing, preferred
- 5 or more years of recent nursing or clinical experience (including management level roles)
- Current knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to long term care
- CPR certification (prior to or upon hire)
- Excellent communication skills
