Health and Science Center, Inc. is proud to conduct an executive search for a Director of Sales and Marketing for White Horse Village, a renowned, independent, nonprofit Complete Care Retirement Community CCRC) located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. For over thirty years, White Horse Village has been providing excellent continuum care for its residents and a positive, engaging work environment for both leadership and staff.
The Director provides strategic and operational support to the organization by developing short and long-term sales goals and strategies and leading the sales team in achieving occupancy and growth objectives following White Horse Village’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The Director leads by example, maintaining a professional work relationship with prospective residents, residents, team members, family members, and other business partners.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess five or more years’ experience in a CCRC environment; excellent communication skills (verbal and written); an innate talent for building and maintaining relationships with residents, families, staff, and leadership; a successful track record of working within a “performance-measured” environment and experience with reporting/metrics/data/ management with a strong focus on outcomes; thorough understanding of standards and regulations governing senior living services; and a proactive, engaging approach to leadership,
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is a plus. We seek candidates who will go past selling, marketing, and “closing the deal,” realizing “the deal” is never closed, and that the department’s relationship with residents, as it is with all our other departments, is an ongoing one based on trust and resident satisfaction.
