2023 Governance Training Series

LeadingAge PA's virtual, six-part governance training series will cover key governance concepts every leader and board member should understand and practice in a comprehensive and engaging way.

Experts will explore strategies to support boards in strong governance practices and identify opportunities to strengthen governance within organizations. This training will also provide insight into how the trends influencing the sector can shape the strategic direction of the organization and the role the board plays in communicating that strategic direction. 

Join us for this interactive training to obtain valuable insight needed to fully engage in organizational decision-making and to connect with fellow board members while also having the opportunity to share best practices. 

Virtual training dates from 12 noon - 1 pm: February 23, March 2, March 16, March 23, March 30 and April 6 (no training on March 9).

Registration is by community, not individual. A Zoom link will be provided to you and each of the board members you invite to attend the morning of the training.
