Step into a conversation that moves you forward. The Leadership Exchange Series is a monthly, interactive learning experience inspired by Ryan Leak’s Leveling Up. You’re invited to join this virtual exchange of growth, connection, and real-world leadership insight.

Each month we focus on one chapter of the book through guided group conversations. This is not a passive webinar. You’ll connect in small groups, reflect on your own leadership habits, and walk away with one action that helps you “level up” in your everyday life.

• Purchase Ryan Leak’s Leveling Up book. 
• Read the designated chapter prior to the session. 
• Complete the “Do This now” at the end of each chapter before each session. 
• Come ready to engage, share, and listen. 

Monthly 60-Minute Hybrid Session Overview 
Purpose 

A shared space for leaders across generations to connect, reflect, and grow through monthly discussions inspired by Leveling Up by Ryan Leak.

60-Minute Session Agenda

Welcome  

• Quick recap of the chapter’s core message. 
• Introduce and discuss the central question of the day. 

• Small groups of 3–4. 
• Focus on individual insights, challenges, and takeaways. 

Breakout Room #2: Leadership Application 

• New group pairing for fresh conversation. 
• Discuss how chapter themes apply to your leadership roles, teams, or communities. 

Group Debrief  

• Volunteers share insights from their breakout groups. 

Commitment & Closing 

• Participants name one action they’ll take within the next week. 

• This program has been submitted but not yet approved for Continuing Education for 11.0 total participation hours by NAB/NCERS. To receive continuing education credit for LeadingAge PA-sponsored events, attendees must register under their name, participate through the link supplied after registering and complete the evaluation after the session. 

• LeadingAge PA is a registered program sponsor with the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy (PX#000987L). There are 13.2 CPE credit hours available for this program, presented “Group Interactive” at the “Intermediate” level. Specific prerequisites are not necessary.
