Step into a conversation that moves you forward. The Leadership Exchange Series is a monthly, interactive learning experience inspired by Ryan Leak’s Leveling Up. You’re invited to join this virtual exchange of growth, connection, and real-world leadership insight.

Each month we focus on one chapter of the book through guided group conversations. This is not a passive webinar. You’ll connect in small groups, reflect on your own leadership habits, and walk away with one action that helps you “level up” in your everyday life.

If you’re ready to stretch your thinking, build momentum, and grow alongside leaders across generations, this series is for you.

What Makes This Series Unique

  • Hybrid Learning Approach
    • Each month draws from Ryan Leak’s book content, combined with guided discussions that bring ideas to life.
  • Cross-Generational Leadership Community
    • Participants come from different roles, backgrounds, and years of experience. The diversity of perspectives creates richer, more layered conversations.
  • Breakout Conversations That Matter
    • Sessions prioritize small-group discussions where participants can exchange stories, challenges, and insights in an authentic way.
  • Steady, Predictable Structure
    • A consistent monthly format builds trust, comfort, and continuity while keeping things fresh and engaging.
  • Real Application
    • Every session ends with one action you can take in the week ahead. Leadership growth isn't about information—it's about momentum.
