The legislation now goes to the state House for consideration. -

LeadingAge PA renews call for Gov. Wolf to provide financial assistance to nursing homes

Adam Marles, president and CEO of LeadingAge PA, the voice for nonprofit senior care in Pennsylvania, today renewed his call for Governor Tom Wolf to provide $290 million to support the commonwealth's nursing homes as they continue to be the epicenter of Pennsylvania's battle against the coronavirus pandemic. Today, Gov. Wolf announced $324 million has been awarded to 31 hospitals across the commonwealth through the Hospital Emergency Loan Program, providing short-term financial pandemic relief to hospitals.
