The updates concentrate on the Five-Star Quality Rating System and include changes to the health inspection domain, data collection and evaluation, as well as public access to information.

Marking a new era in Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare’s history, Vicki Loucks, MSN, MBA became the organization’s president and CEO as of August 1, 2025. Loucks was selected for this position by Redstone’s Board of Directors, following the announcement of former president and CEO John R Dickon IV’s retirement.

On July 31, 2025, Redstone’s President and Chief Executive Officer, John R. Dickson, IV, officially marked his retirement. The retirement, first announced at Redstone’s annual Gala in November of 2024, has been a carefully planned transition that ensures Redstone’s stability and opportunities for future growth. Since the announcement, there have been many strategic meetings, and multiple opportunities to celebrate Dickson’s leadership.
